Mr Bashar Asad to resign & prime minister take control until new president elected within 1 year .
stop all nuclear activity & fix energy problem instead. (there is no reason or excuse to lose electrical power).
ask united nation to lift Syria's name of all black lists & all sanctions (we have suffer enough because of this regime who was not effected in any way but we the people who paid .)
and help us bring Syria to 21st century.
release all political prisoners & they allowed for compensation .& free the media .any one can say anything peacefully anytime anywhere in Syria publicly with out fear & police protect his right. any one can start radio-TV station-news paper for any purpose in any language.
the government system stay the same because the problem is in top only
hands off Lebanon -Iraq- we have no business there .
all political meetings & people assembly to be life on national TV we have the right to know what this people doing (they work for us).
comply with international courts & make all personal wanted for Mr Hariri case & other cases available for investigation,
bring the country back to be good member of international community & comply with all laws.
open all doors for all business activity without limitation. accept illegal drugs & weapons.
1- suspend emergency rule now & transfer all security personal to the police force & the civilian court system & the police is the only authority who can act as law enforcement in the country.and take all the guns of the streets only police personal can carry guns when they on duty.
2- restore the constitution & do changes as follow
a-the president should be elected every 4 years & no more than 2 terms .
b-limited the president power by create senator system(2 people from each province ) who their vote by 2/3 needed for the president to past any law or national decision.this way no one act like a king no more.
and all meeting will be cover by the media .TV radio.news paper ETC..
c- supreme court will guard the constitution & make sure no one brake it.(elected honest judges)also
they make sure no judge will be acting by his own law. & set up jury system to watch and vote on court orders(to make sure court is been fare to people )
d-limited the president personal spending & guards .
3- any Syrian citizen can run for president if he was born & live in Syria over 15 years & over 40 years old.regardless of origion - sex - religion.
4- all cities governors should be elected & they have power to challenge the federal governments.
also all mayors in every town& village should be elected & run their town as they see it fit.(local government)
5-freedom of press -religion-speech -trade- & real democracy .
6-Syria respect its neighbors & don't get involve in other countries business & deal only with elected
Governments.
7-help Iraq by restore American army with Syrian & Arab armies & gave chance to U.S.A to show good faith.
8-Lebanon belong to Lebanese include Shab'aa farms & we have no interest in Lebanon & we deal with government only.
9-all doors are open for free trade -factories-farming and government get tax only %10 on import %0 on
export there is no limit on import but guns & illegal drugs.(only way to create honest competition
and equal opportunity.(with respect for dealers&agents rights) any one can start any business even air line or airport other ward any thing u can imagine without limit.
also sales tax of %5 and each city keep that to spend it on project and improvements.
10-unemployment .the country will be open for all investors worldwide without any restrictions . to get all our Syrians people who is abroad back to do business at home & secure no one ask them any questions .
11-help our Syrians people establish their credit & guarantee cash flow on street to meet the need of new changes by governments guarantee loans to any Syrians over 18 year of age (100.000 s.p)
each if he cannot pay it back the government will pay it. but no more loans for him or her.
12- any government official or person steal federal money or accept bribe or gift will be prosecuted & given jail time & penalty .
13- computerize all government services & use open system (no offices behind wall or closed doors)and all government buildings will be watched and films by security cameras to control & guaranteed honesty & good service . & create supervisor system to hear any complaint from people.
citizens will be given numbers as they come & have a seat till they been called and served.
14-because we have started peace deal with Israel we should start using military equipments for civilian purposes or sale the surplus & no more military purchase & spend all the budget on the country civil
services like roads & housing & transportations.
15-governments contracts will be announce in public in every city & awarded to the highest bidder.no hidden deals or contracts.
16-special deals will be given to small towns & villages to help fast developments and create businesses & services all over the country to secure moderen countryside comunities .
