its shame to have total budget of $71billion for a great country like Syria who was the center of international trade for many centuries while in many countries one man or one company own more than that.
we think that's the problem is this administration because they have no idea how to run the country & develop strong economy & that's due to lack of knowledge & selfishness & dishonesty & corruption .they ran all economical system as political & map control which is put the wrong people in wrong places just to satisfied some of the political personal & regional power.&that led to big miss which is cost the economy to be very week.& turn it into channels to land in few people accounts headed by Asad family.who also spend billions on theirs security forces just to stay in power & put their benefit before any thing. or care about the people or the country future.

our main treasure in Syria its the people who are very civilized & most educated & handy people in the area
& the power & challenge for success that they have finally they deserve system that can help them to get to best level of every thing especially modern country that give back to its citizens a lot of respect & justice & freedom.
first we have to dismantle all the security offices (mukhabarat -amen dawlah-amen syasee etc...)& take down all military view & guards & weapons of the country streets.
and now we will not have any enemy's & we have peace talk with Israel we should stop buying any military equipments & send most of our army to police & civil services & put the army budget to rebuild our country in modern way because we deserve a better place to live after all we have been trough.
the only force & authority in present is the police which should be updated to modern training & equipments to serve the purpose of its existing to protect the people.
result of that the tourism business will boom specially if big companies feel safe without corrupted government officials are have no power over them or getting involve for financial gain.
1- dismantle all government companies & sell it to the public & put the power of economy in people hands & change the law of investments to be easy to attract all big companies to do business in Syria without any restriction which is will result of create Millions of new jobs .(our money value is down & this will attract many companies & help export)
2- open the doors for all imports without licenses for every one with standard %10 on all import without limitation especially transportations because its the blood who feed all parts of the country .as we see the southeast part of Syria almost dead result of lack of transportation.
3-%0 on export & make paper work super easy .
4-%5 local sales tax on every thing sold in the country & this will be for each city to keep to improve services like roads & city projects etc...
5- government keep their hands of prices & offers & demands will control that & due to competition prices will go down automaticly on its own .government job will be quality control & consumer protection only.
6- there is many Syrians who live in many other countries & if they feel the good opportunity & safety in their home land they will come back with great capitals to put to work in Syria.
7- all government contract announced in public no sealed bids & all paid by checks through mail without
personal communication & each city control its own contracts through town board who watch every step.to make sure of quality & watch for corruption or bribe.in top of that the media is the watch guard everywhere to expose any wrong doing .
8- give power of spending to people by giving government guaranteed loan of minimum of 100,000 s.p to any one over 18 year old to establish credit with banks & help families to start businesses or buy property or do what ever they need it for .(every one deserve a chance) any one failed to pay back will not be given any more loans & goes on his record.
many of us will wonder where the money will come from.??? we say don't worry the money is available as soon this regime is out. because no one trust this administration national or international & if we comply with international law & act like good member of the world help will be faster than you think.
